2017 Course Schedule:           Open Enrollment

5 week course (includes CPR)

Day Classes and Eveneing Classes

Monday - Friday  9:00am to 9:30pm

Lecture - 2 hour block

​Lab - 2 hour block

Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees will be assessed as follows:

•         $800    Tuition

•         $50     Course Book and workbook

•         $20     Application Fee (non-refundable)

•         $40     Lab Fee (non-refundable)

•         $0       Interest and/or fees

Entrance Requirements

1.     Personal Interview

2.     Background Check

3.     Proper Identification

        a.     Social Security Card

        b.     Valid State Issued Photo ID (Passport, Gun Permit, or Military ID)

4.     Proof of negative PPD skin test or chest x-ray within the last 12 months.
5.     Students without a High School Diploma or GED may be admitted by scoring a minimum of 70 on the OnePulse Inc Ability to Benefit Student Entrance Exam, along with the other entrance requirements.
